Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services purchased from Billionaire edge limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide digital marketing services including SEO, web development, social media management, paid advertising, branding, and ecommerce support, as described on our Pricing page or in an individual proposal/invoice. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a given engagement will be confirmed in writing (email or signed proposal) before work begins.

2. Payments

3. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, and project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, content, approvals, and information reasonably required for us to deliver the service. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you (such as a website or logo) transfers to you, excluding any third-party tools, stock assets, or licensed software used to build them. We may showcase completed work in our own portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. No guaranteed results

While we apply industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or sales outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control (such as search engine algorithm changes or market conditions).

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question over the preceding three months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if payment is significantly overdue or if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
